For our client, active in the oil&gas industry, we are looking to recruit a Purchaser / Expeditor - After Sales.
The position
As a talented purchaser/expediter you will join the contracts and procurement department and support the after-sales team. As part of the team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing quality goods and services to exceed clients' expectations.

As purchaser/expediter, you will report directly to the dept head procurement and work closely with the after-sales team to ensure that they are delivering exceptional service to their clients. You will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating terms and conditions and expediting deliveries.

Required
We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a high-tech environment.

• You should have a proven track record in procurement and expediting (5-8 yrs), preferably in offshore oil and gas
• Technical college degree
• Already living and working in The Netherlands (Amsterdam area).
• Affinity with mechanical engineering is a pre
• Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken
• Knowledge of and experience with INCOTERMS
