Secondary vocational education or MBO level 4 (NL)
At least a few years of experience in support

Your key responsibilities as ICT Support Engineer:
Provide 1
st
line IT support for internal users and manage application-level issues.
Handle IMAC/R tasks such as installation, moves, adds, changes, and removals.
Ensure the quality of IT solutions and documentation via standard operating procedures and knowledge bases.
Follow up on open service tickets with external partners and collaborate with the ICT Application Specialist.
Assist in incident and problem management, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support asset management, maintaining accurate records of STAXS
®
IT assets.
Participate in ongoing IT projects, contributing to training and onboarding new users.

This is you:
A problem solver with a proactive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
Experienced in providing IT support, with strong knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office 365.
Familiar with ITIL practices and ITSM tools.
Interested in supporting integrated systems like ERP, CRM, and mobile sales devices.
Able to work independently, with excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
