About the Role:

As a Junior Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in
translating business needs into functional requirements for IT teams
, focusing on financial systems and processes. Your work will help optimize financial operations by ensuring that business goals are aligned with technological solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and support the implementation of systems that drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Support the evaluation and selection of software solutions that meet financial business needs.
• Assist in creating detailed documentation and workflows for system implementations.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure proper alignment of solutions with financial goals.
• Participate in testing and validation to ensure that system solutions meet requirements.

Your skills

Required Skills:

• Masters degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Interest in the financial sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of business processes.
• Basic knowledge of financial systems and familiarity with business process modeling (BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French and in English
