Job description
The Sales Manager Retail Benelux leads growth of the entire retail business in the Benelux region. You closely manage the distributor network (three in total) and fully invest in building solid relationships with them and ensuring common trust, as they negotiate and directly market the brand at the customer. By doing this you guarantee the proper presence of Lavazza in your local markets. You also ensure the distributor’s – and their customer’s – compliance to the brand’s strategy and guidelines. Lavazza is looking for a data-driven, responsible and eager Sales Manager Retail Benelux, preferably experienced in doing business with distributors. Fluency in (business) French is required. The ideal candidate is an excellent networker and a solid advisor and sparring partner for both external and internal stakeholders. A track record in sales in food/FMCG is a must.
