Kaak Dough Technology B.V. in Nieuwkuijk is a successful world player in the field of dough-processing machines for industrial and medium-sized bread bakeries. Kaak Dough Technology B.V. provides sales and service as well as complete mechanical and control engineering development and production for both standard machines and customer-specific equipment and complete production lines. As part of the Royal Kaak, in many cases we collaborate with other international Kaak Group companies to provide complete bakeries with world-class equipment.

Your challenge as Quality Inspector
The quality department currently employs one Quality Inspector, who reports to the QHSE Manager. Together with this colleague, you may take Quality Management within the organisation to the next level. You will therefore become part of a growing department that is developing rapidly!

One of the focal points within the department is the timely detection of deviations and solving them adequately. To this end, you will assess both internal and external customer complaints. This includes comparing a product with a drawing, carrying out small measurements and producing quality reports. You deal with the issue; why did this happen and what can we change or improve in order to deliver the product again with the right quality as soon as possible? The improvements are then implemented in collaboration with the Engineering, Purchasing, Work Preparation and Parts Manufacturing departments, among others.

What do we expect from a Quality Inspector?

• You have an MBO-4 work and thinking level;
• Experience within a quality-related function is a plus;
• Experience within mechanical engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus;
• You feel at home in a small department that is developing rapidly.

Kaak Dough Technology B.V. in Nieuwkuijk is een succesvolle wereldspeler op het gebied van deegverwerkende machines voor industriële en middelgrote broodbakkerijen. Vanuit Kaak Dough Technology B.V. vindt de verkoop en service plaats, maar ook de complete mechanische en besturingstechnische ontwikkeling en productie voor zowel standaardmachines als ook klantspecifieke apparatuur en complete productielijnen. Als onderdeel van Royal Kaak wordt in veel gevallen samengewerkt met andere internationale Kaak Groep bedrijven, om zo complete bakkerijen te voorzien van wereldklasse apparatuur.

Op de kwaliteitsafdeling werkt momenteel één Quality Inspector, die rapporteert aan de QHSE-Manager. Samen met deze collega mag jij Kwaliteitsmanagement binnen de organisatie naar een hoger niveau tillen. Je wordt dus onderdeel van een groeiende afdeling die volop in ontwikkeling is!

Éen van de focuspunten binnen de afdeling is het tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen en deze op een adequate manier oplossen. Je gaat je hiervoor bezighouden met het beoordelen van zowel in- als externe klantklachten. Denk hierbij aan het vergelijken van een product t.o.v. tekening, het uitvoeren van kleine metingen en het maken van kwaliteitsrapporten. Je behandelt hiermee het vraagstuk: Waarom is dit gebeurd en wat kunnen we veranderen of verbeteren om het product zo snel mogelijk met de juiste kwaliteit weer uit te kunnen leveren? De verbeteringen worden vervolgens geïmplementeerd in samenwerking met o.a. de afdelingen Engineering, Inkoop, Werkvoorbereiding en Onderdelenfabricage.

• Een uitstekend salaris tussen de €4.000 - €4.500 bruto per maand;
