Our team has a broad, challenging position in front of you with a lot of independence in a very dynamic, commercial work environment. In this position you are responsible for making visiting appointments for the field sales/account manager of the relations of Convins. You persuade over the phone by having a "substantive conversation. This makes every conversation different and demands full attention. At Convins, personal growth is key. To get the best out of our employees, we offer training and coaching in the areas of conversation and insight.

What do we ask of you?

• Good command of the Dutch language, orally and in writing. English is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude, supported by commercial persuasiveness, analytical mindset and customer friendliness
• Hands on mentality
• Stress resistant and a real go-getter
• No difficulty with a target-oriented work culture
• An independent work attitude, good social and communication skills

What can you expect from us?

• Base salary of €2,417 (based on 38.5 hours) per month
• A realistic and achievable bonus scheme. Range gross bonus amounts from €500 to €2000 per month
