Controller - Hospitality/Facility We are seeking an experienced financial professional who will play a critical role in the financial integrity and decision-making processes of a hospitality facility provider. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain experience operating in both finance and business control related functions. Responsibilities: Controller - Hospitality/FacilityIn this position, you will be responsible for: BUSINESS CONTROL Assess business performance specific to each location by collaborating with area managers to develop and monitor KPI's; Identify opportunities for cost savings by implementing cost control structures for the various locations; Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support financial decision-making process; Analyze results to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance business processes. FINANCIAL CONTROL: Oversee the month-end closing procedures; Provide support for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes; Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards by conducting periodic internal audits to identify potential risks; Verify and reconcile general ledger accounts, with specific focus on accrual accounts. Requirements: Controller - Hospitality/FacilityIn order to succeed in this position, we ask that you bring: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, ACCA or other designations is a plus; 5+ years of experience in financial control, with a focus both in accounting and business analysis; Proven experience in preparing financial statements, managing internal controls, and leading month-end closing activities; Experience in budget management and cost monitoring; Proficiency working with various financial software and ERP systems; Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred. The Offer: Controller - Hospitality/FacilityThis role will have a monthly salary in the range of €3800 - €5000 gross per month, depending on knowledge level and experience. Additional benefits will be discussed in further detail throughout the interview process. This is a full time - 40 hour position, and you must be currently based in the Netherlands without visa requirements.
