Your opportunity

As
Team Lead Production
, your primary responsibility is to lead the work preparation team. You bring
extensive experience
and
expertise
to the team, ensuring a daily overview that is closely aligned with production priorities. You coordinate and monitor the team's work to ensure efficient task completion. You are accountable for successfully

executing production orders
by effectively dividing the work, establishing processing sequences, and managing the
procurement/subcontracting process
to ensure the timely availability of materials, parts, and services. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments such as
Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse
to foster smooth cooperation. You will report to the Manager of Engineering in the yacht building division.

+10 years of experience

as a work planner in the ship or yacht building industry
Knowledge of
work preparation processes, planning, and logistics
in shipbuilding
Proficiency with
ERP systems is essential
Experience in
management
