Materials Engineer

Conduct comprehensive characterization of metal samples, both pre and post fabrication, utilizing various techniques including optical microscopy, SEM, EBSD, EDX, XRD, hardness, and tensile testing.Perform in-depth analysis of the electromagnetic properties of soft magnetic materials.Evaluate and interpret material composition and manufacturing processes for soft magnetic materials, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.Stay abreast of product and technology trends, particularly in new materials, coatings, and adhesion, and integrate findings into strategic development initiatives to maintain competitive advantages.Collaborate with application teams to provide technical support and expertise in customer projects.Establish and maintain a robust network with cooperation and development partners, research institutes, and suppliers.| What do we expect from you?Bachelor's degree or higher in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the application development of soft magnetic materials (e.g., Esteel) and/or coating in electric motors.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain international networks.Proficiency in material modeling, including molecular level and magnetic (hysteresis) modeling.Strong affinity with the measurement of magnetic properties (e.g., Epstein, Brockhaus) and experience in characterization techniques such as SEM-EBSD.| What does our Business Cell have to offer?TMC Physics Employeneurs are highly educated, skilled and motivated people.
