For immediate placement we are looking for a committed
Supply Chain Planner (m/f)
who would like to operate within an international environment and work closely in a driven team.
 

Your Tasks

 

• In collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring order quantities and inventory.
• Furthermore, you are going to place orders and stay in close contact to suppliers regarding delivery times, availability rates and volumes.
• An important part of your daily business is to monitor and manage imports originating from North America, including setting up consolidations, preparations for customs clearing and monitoring of incoming containers.
• You will check the incoming deliveries with the warehouse team leaders, the (pro-forma) invoices and the health certificates.
• Besides you will also create and maintain product master data in our ERP-System and work together with the marketing department to ensure that required products for monthly promotions are available on stock.

 

Your Profile

 

• A bachelor degree in international business or a similar education with a main focus on supply chain management
• First working experience e.g. as a Supply Chain Planner and ideally experience with international suppliers
• Very good english and dutch skills are necessary as well as knowledge in excel
• Conversational german skills and initial experience with ERP-systems are desireable
• Team ability, Kindness and an independently way of working
