What will you do?
Als Chef Monteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de montage afdeling van de binnen het project voorkomende installaties. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, oefent toezicht uit, geeft leiding aan toegewezen medewerkers en derden en je controleert de werking van installaties. Als leidinggevende versta je het vak van de collega’s die je begeleidt en helpt zo nu en dan een handje mee.

In jouw functie voer je regelmatig overleg met de bouwpartners, documenteer je projectrelevante registraties en houd je deze bij. Tevens houd je de planning en overige bouwpartners bij en stelt in overleg een eigen montageplanning op. Jij weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is om veilig te werken en bent een voorbeeld voor anderen hierin. Daarnaast wordt jong talent op de bouwlocaties door jou opgeleid.

Als Chef Monteur ben je klantgericht en initiatiefrijk. Verder voldoe je aan het onderstaande

• Minimaal afgeronde MBO opleiding richting Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar;
• Ruime werkervaring in de installatietechniek;
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het leidinggeven aan montageteams;
• Communicatief vaardig;
• Schroomt geen nieuwe uitdagingen of montage methodieken;
