These teams cannot do their jobs without the support of our Legal team. Your impact and responsibilities 1. Becoming the principal go-to person in the contracts and data protection domain:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various legal documents for the different BUs (including NDAs, processing agreements, GDPR-instructions and various commercial contracts);Advising on dataflows and GDPR-roles to secure compliance with data protection and privacy laws;Key focus on IP, liability and GDPR aspects in contracts.2. Assisting with various corporate housekeeping activities, including:Group reorganizations, in consultation with external counsel;Drafting corporate resolutions.3. Assisting HR with legal questions, including:Service agreements;Individual settlement arrangements;Various labor law questions, if needed in consultation with external counsel. Your team Legal team consisting of 2 people, part of group shared services, You will be the primary go to person for the various BUs and countries, working closely with and report to the General Counsel. Your profile The ideal candidate for this position:has completed the 3-years Beroepsopleiding Advocatuur at a large commercial law firm.has consciously decided to go inhouse and is excited about getting to know the business.has approx. 3-5 years of legal experience.is fluent in Dutch and English.has affinity and experience with commercial contracting.Knowledge of GDPR is not a must, willingness to master this territory of law is a must (training to be provided if necessary).has broad legal interest and curiosity Why LOGEX?
