SALES MANAGER BENELUX
POSITION
As Sales Manager Benelux you are responsible for the acquisition of new brand & PL clients. You are also responsible for developing the current branded business within existing key clients like Albert Heijn, Jumbo, Superunie and Koffievoordeel.nl. Also, you are a sparring partner for both trade partners and for the internal organization. As Sales Manager Benelux you are entrepreneurial, communicative and passionate. As Sales Manager Benelux you will report toStephanie Ribbens,
Head of Benelux Delica.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will develop and execute Retail strategy in line with the ambition of Café Royal;
- You will obtain maximum distribution of existing and new products as well as a rapid build-up of the distribution of new products;
- You will develop and optimize effective promotions together with the customer;
- You will optimize the contact with the customers and you are responsible for correctly and accurately record and manage all customer information;
- You are as an excellent negotiator responsible for the best conditions, promotions and payment behavior of the various customers;
- You will build stable and effective relationships with accounts;
- You will develop and execute PL Chocolate and biscuits strategy for the Benelux (and Nordics)
PROFILE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completed master/bachelor degree within economy and business studies;
- 4-5 years of relevant commercial experience with A-brands in FMCG (i.e. sales or trade marketing experience), ideally within the coffee industry;
- A thorough knowledge of the retail business is needed; experience with (trade) marketing is a plus;
- Excellent control of the Dutch and English languages.
