Job description: We are seeking a results-driven experienced SAP Consultant with experience in the Public Services to be part of our SAP system integration business focus on Public Services. To ensure success as an SAP consultant, you should have extensive knowledge of working with Public Services clients on SAP projects or working in Public Services organizations as SAP expert, IT system integration and the ability to accurately design and document SAP processes. An accomplished SAP Specialist will be someone whose expertise results in optimized business operations. What’s in it for you? You will have the opportunity to work with exiting Public Services clients designing and delivering SAP-led complex transformational programs, enhancing new skills in SAP and in Program & Solution Governance This an opportunity to join a European team of senior SAP experts with a focus on “thought leadership, origination, sales and delivery of large transformation SAP programs across industries” A wide range of employee benefits and career development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Lead or support commercial activities related to SAP Public Services in your geography Lead or support solutioning required by Public Service organizations Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration Performing thorough documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments Qualifications Necessary Knowledge / Skills: Demonstrable experience as an SAP consultant in Public Services clients (preferably in back office functions, like finance or HR) Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration Knowledge of Public Sector specific SAP processes (e.g. Public Sector Budgeting, Tax & Revenue Management) Warehouse Management, Transportation management would be an advantage Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills as well as self-leading and individual working skills Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in English, and native local country language skills #LI-EU About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
