Technical Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve complex technical issues within SAP SuccessFactors to minimize disruptions to our HR operations.End User Support:

Analyze and refine our HR processes, leveraging the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors to promote process efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.This is what you bring
SAP SuccessFactors Expertise:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on supporting the compensation module.Knowledge of Other Modules:
Familiarity with other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.Data Maintenance:
Proven ability to manage and work with complex HR data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with laws and regulations.Analytical Problem-Solving Skills:
Effectively analyze complex requirements, translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and resolve complex technical challenges.Clear Communication Skills:
Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end users.You should be available for at least 32 hours a week, preferably 36 or 40 hours.

The HRIT Specialist, specialized in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on compensation, acts as a crucial link between technology and HR operations. This person is an expert in maintaining and optimizing related modules and executing HRIT controls. The role includes quickly addressing technical challenges, ensuring data accuracy, and resolving system issues to guarantee smooth HR processes. Close collaboration with other HR teams, providing user support, training, and guidance, and helping employees effectively use the system are essential aspects of the position. - Gross salary between € 3.185,- en € 5.200,- month depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance of €2.40 per working day.

Application procedure

Step 2. The first interview
After a positive completion of the assessment, we will invite you for a first interview with a recruiter and a colleague from the relevant department. Here, we mainly want to get to know you, and you also get the chance to get to know us.
Step 3. Follow-up interview
Everyone enthusiastic? In many cases, a second meeting follows. During the second interview, we will delve deeper into the role and the substantive themes you will be dealing with. A business case may be part of the follow-up interview. Sometimes there is a final interview.
