Sales Support Specialist Nh Anthony Dean

For one of our clients in Amsterdam we are looking for a French/English Sales Support Specialist. This position will start out as temporary for 5-6 months but may be extended. In this role you are expected to be the first point of contact for the sales organization, more specifically, you are supporting and answering internal and external customer requests and interacting with clients. Additionally, you will provide the highest available support to reach performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Constant monitoring of and communication with customers regarding their orders status, shipment planning, documentation and scheduling
• Compilation and analysis of customer accounts, shipments, requirements, etc.
• Order Entry (in SAP and Open Order Management), which includes resolving stock availability, are also part of the job
• Coordination with our Distribution Centre and customer for time slot bookings and shipment pickups
• Responsible

the coordination and administration of
the process of returned goods

Requirements

Minimum of 1

year experience in a sales support role
Proven hands-on experience delivering excellent customer support

• Able to judge and decide
• Attention to detail
• Intermediate level of SAP is essential
• Language skills: French, English (Dutch is a plus)
