For an international marketing company we are looking for a customer service representative. You could also describe it as a projectmanager role.With its European HQ located in Amsterdam close to Central Station, this online marketing company is focused on E-commerce, content, advertisement and websites. You will be joining a team of 10 people focusing on DACH B2B customers in a proactive way. Companies come to you for marketing advice and therefore you are for them the point of contact regarding online marketing projects. From that moment on you ensure a timely delivery of the project. This means you will have multiple projects at the same time! 

Functieomschrijving

• Handling customer questions and giving customer service about different creative projects.
• Create trust with your portfolio of clients.
• Create briefings for your creative team. You know your customer, make sure the creative team knows what you know. You put forward the information regarding client wishes. 
• Make sure project deadlines will be achieved. Hence you keep track on the project developments and adjust the order status in the system

Functie-eisen

You are speaking Swiss German and English on a professional level, a great communicator and in love with happy customers!
