About the Software

Our software brings manageability back to GP practices. With smart consultation preparation, we reduce workload and enable efficient workflows.
Our digital front door supports consultation preparation through S-rules, urgency levels, and next-best-action recommendations. Tailored to the user’s vision of "the right care in the right place," we adapt to the unique processes of every GP.

With our dashboard, healthcare providers have all necessary information in one place, facilitating collaboration within care groups to address the population's healthcare needs.

Role description

As a
Senior Developer
, you’ll collaborate with our software team to develop our portal. Your work will support GPs and their teams, improve patient experiences, and drive healthcare innovation.

We have big ambitions for software development, and we’re looking for someone who can help us turn those into reality. While our core product is stable and packed with unique features, there’s much more to achieve.

What you’ll do:

• Write, test, and maintain code independently ("You build it, you run it")
• Participate in software architecture discussions
• Set priorities for software development
• Provide direct support to GPs, medical assistants, and patients
• Be available for system maintenance outside office hours when necessary (though we aim to minimize this)
• Work within an Agile/Scrum methodology to adapt to changing priorities
• Help develop the next-generation portal, aiming to save 1200 hours of GP workload in the next 18 months

Requirements

• Seniority in

JavaScript

and

TypeScript.

5 + years

• Experience creating clean frontends, preferably with

React

• Backend development experience with

Node.js

and

Express

; familiarity with frameworks like

NestJS

or

TypeORM

is a plus

• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or affinity with on-premise infrastructure

Conditions

Gross salary:

€5000 - €6500 per month (depending on experience, including holiday pay)
