Supervisor Electrical Production

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Supervisor for the Electrical Production department. As a Supervisor in Electrical Production, you will collaborate with your fellow supervisors to ensure the continuity and quality of work. Your challenge
In the role of Supervisor Electrical Production, you play a vital role in the electrical production team. You will support the team in their daily tasks, focusing on guiding new employees, trainees, and temporary staff by familiarizing them with Royal Kaak's procedures and quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as a Practical Trainer, monitoring the progress of trainees and maintaining relationships with schools. You will also be flexible to step in and cover tasks for absent colleagues when necessary.

• You act as a point of contact for technical questions and effectively share your expertise in a practical and understandable manner.
• You contribute to a positive work atmosphere and a safe learning environment.
• You play a key role in facilitating a smooth transition for electricians between assembly and the workshop.

• An MBO-level education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and work in a solution-oriented manner.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and develop colleagues and trainees while ensuring efficient operations.
• A strong focus on safety, order, and quality, consistently thinking of ways to improve in these areas.
• Willingness to participate in short-term installation jobs to provide training and guidance on-site.
