You will be expected to independently manage mergers & acquisition projects and/or (re)structuring issues in various sectors, both in the Netherlands and abroad. And from day one you will be sitting at the client’s table. Our team consists of 17 entrepreneurial specialists with a background as investment bankers and/or consultants. Vacancy: (junior) Consultant Corporate Finance

Do you have at least three to five years of relevant work experience in a commercial leading role, as well as excellent analytical skills, a no-nonsense mentality and a good dose of creativity? What we are looking for:

• You are a college educated professional with at least 3-5 years of work experience in Transaction services, Due Diligence, Accountancy or Corporate finance;

You have demonstrated analytical and numerical skills;
You have the necessary commercial experience;
You have a fundamental understanding of business valuation and its various methods;
You are communicatively strong in, at least, the Dutch and English languages;
You are a down-to-earth and proactive team player;
You have a natural curiosity to really want to understand situations and people;
Thorough knowledge and experience in creating and delivering presentations.
