Technical Project Manager BeNeLux

Technical Project Manager BeNeLux Oniverse is the new name of Calzedonia Group, an Italian multibrand company founded in 1986. For our technical department based in Brussels or Amsterdam we are looking for a Technical Project Manager BeNeLux. Do you want to work with us? RESPONSIBILITIES · Planning regular visits to the assigned points of sale of your area. · Give technical support to the store staff and commercial team of all brands and different departments. · Management of different types of operations in the stores. · Doing the survey and drawing of the premises in Autocad, control of the project process (decoration and installation), tendering to decide companies that will collaborate in the work, visits to the site control of the execution from the beginning until the delivery of the premises to the commercial network. · Support to the expansion department drawing proposals in Autocad. · Proposal and execution of solutions, for existing installations and for new installations. · Management of electrical, air conditioning and basic maintenance. · Periodic communication with maintenance providers, evaluating their work and services. · Supervision of budgets for various types of interventions. · Collaboration in the renewal of the supplier portfolio in order to improve the services offered to the company. · Responsible for the extraordinary and planned maintenance of the points of sale of your Area as the control and final analysis of all the costs of the works. PROFILE: · University education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. · Knowledge of Autocad, and Office Package. · Flexibility, dynamism and autonomy. · Good level of English and other languages are valued. · Availability to travel throughout the BENELUX territory. · Valuable previous experience in the Retail sector. · Driving licence required. · Oriented to meet deadlines. · Focused on internal and external customers. · Communication skills. · Multitasking.
