We’re on the lookout for a
Senior Front End Software Engineer (Vue.js)
to join our client's innovative team in Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing the quality, reliability, and performance of a platform that is revolutionizing the capital markets sector.

Our cutting-edge system architecture is built to address the complexities of capital markets, featuring multiple components that cater to pre-trade activities, trade matching, lifecycle management, reporting, and various connectivity layers. With a robust UI and an API layer for direct server-to-server integration, you’ll collaborate closely with our engineering and business teams to address both internal and external infrastructure needs.

We’re seeking someone with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and the ability to anticipate the demands of a rapidly scaling, complex ecosystem.

Tech stack: Vue.js, Golang, GCP, Kubernetes.

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

3-5 years of collaborating with product teams and designers as a Front End Developer, with 7+ years of broader experience as a Software Developer.

Tech Expertise:

Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular, and experience with TypeScript.

Capital Markets:

Experience in capital markets infrastructure, including exchanges, trading venues, and clearance and settlement ecosystems. Familiarity with equity, fixed income, derivatives products, and trading strategies is a plus.-

Startup Spirit:

Alternatively, significant experience within a high-growth startup environment.

UX/UI Ownership:

Ability to lead front-end UX/UI projects from concept to completion, improving user workflows and navigating large, real-time data sets.

Detail-Oriented:

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, striving for simplicity and maintainability in user interfaces and systems.

Team Collaboration:

Strong communication skills for seamless collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams, especially when working with US-based clients.

Problem Solver:

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a knack for solving real-time challenges in environments where accuracy is critical.

Financial Services Insight:

Knowledge or experience in the financial services industry, particularly with institutional trading applications.
