Senior Commercial Business Analyst

All about the role:  As our Senior Commercial Business Analyst, you will be part of the Global commercial strategy team, which sits within the Global Commercial organisation. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our commercial objectives and tech development and implementation. You will be responsible for monitoring and consolidating all product and tech requests, ensuring alignment with our commercial strategy and the various commercial teams, while challenging and supporting the underlying business cases.Your ability to deal with senior internal stakeholders will be crucial in crafting the right commercial Product & Tech roadmap. With your business knowledge and interpersonal skills, you’ll make sure that fact-based decisions are made and the right priorities are set. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:Collaborate closely with the global sales department to understand business goals, strategies and priorities;Serve as a liaison between the commercial team(s) and the P&T team(s), facilitating communication and alignment;Evaluate and prioritise product and tech requests based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, using a standardised methodology;Conduct thorough analysis of business cases behind each request, challenging assumptions and providing insights to optimise decision making;Support and feed the Head of Commercial Strategy as business partner towards the commercial management team to enable them to set the right priorities/roadmap/agenda, linked to the overarching commercial strategy; Work with cross functional teams to define requirements, scope, and timelines for P&T initiatives;Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks as needed;Continuously assess and improve processes related to P&T operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness.What will you bring to the table?Experience in project management, finance and/or P&T with strategy consulting background;Experience with working at a tech company is a big plus;Internal Champion: internal go-to-person when linking commercial activities to P&T developments;Skilled in building and challenging business cases;Capable to draw decisions/analysis based on both expertise and data;Independent thinker, proactive, able to see the big picture, think “one step ahead”;Solid problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations;Comfortable working with ambiguity within a fast-paced environment;High energy, autonomy and resilience with a “Get it done” attitude;A great communicator and able to adapt to different audiences in a multinational environment across different function.#LI-VG1
