Project Overview

Requirements

In preparation for an organisational file migration to SharePoint online,
the client is looking to carry out a review of its data, content and knowledge management structures in order to understand their data and information needs and behaviours. 

The review findings and recommendations will be used to develop an information architecture strategy and model, optimising existing information structures, for SharePoint use, Knowledge Management and reporting structures. 

The
data and informational aspects of the design will contain sufficient detail to solve business challenges, ensuring standardised best practice and compliance with regulation

Review Outputs:
Creation of solution architecture and detailed design for Team Sites including SharePoint Online Communication Sites.
Development of document and information management principles
