Description

As the E-Commerce Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible for warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control and shipping preparation. You will work closely with the Product Team, Vendor Partners and Shipping Suppliers to support smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage E-Commerce order processing and inventory fulfilment.
• Accurately process customer quotes and sales orders.
• Monitor and investigate all orders to minimize fraud.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, including taking orders, troubleshooting web problems, and resolving customer concerns.
• Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
• Interact routinely with Customers, Product Team, Vendors and Warehouses.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
• Develop new business opportunities, solve logistical problems and produce new solutions.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in order fulfilment, ecommerce and sales.
• Experience with order management and shipping software is a plus.
• High proficiency in computer and internet use including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written, verbal and math skills.
• Results driven, a self-starter, customer & product-focused and resilient.
• Team player and able to work with others.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
