What will you do?

You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees. You’ll identify the causes of client safety challenges and operational inefficiencies. You’ll work closely with the client, co-ordinating projects, delivering training and accompanying field implementation. You’ll be involved in the creation and delivery of innovative, strategic solutions and see your work create positive outcomes. You’ll use your expertise in a variety of industries, for both national and international clients.

You’ve a deep expertise in either:
Process Safety Management
Workplace safety
Operational excellence
Maintenance & reliability
Environment
Sustainability
You’re an expert in your field or a generalist. You’re an independent consultant wanting to work for a leader in operations consulting who’ll value your experience, will guide you and give you the opportunity to express your talent. You know what best practice looks like. You’ve delivered in complex, asset-intensive operations. You’re an excellent communicator, you like helping people and organizations to grow and improve you build trust and confidence with everyone, can be from the CEO to front line staff. Above all, you’re committed to having a positive impact – making your clients safer and more productive.
