Join KICE as a key leader in shaping its European people strategy. You will drive the development and implementation of an effective team structure, align people strategies with business goals, and optimize HR services. Improve efficiency, foster a positive business environment, and boost employee engagement. As business partner for the management team, you will ensure the right talent in the right roles, promote active leadership, and facilitate cooperation across divisions. Be a catalyst for change, develop the People & Organization team, and contribute to strategic decision-making. VERVULD

Het aanbod:

• Gross annual salary including 8% holiday allowance between €100.000,- and €132.000,- based on 40 hours (Hay 19)
• Indefinite contract at the start of your employment
• Bonus scheme up to 20% (dependent on individual results)
• Lease car
• 25 holidays + 6,5 ADV days
• Pension scheme with 5% own contribution

Jouw profiel:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a HR or business related field
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in an international manufacturing environment, technical, or related industry
• Proven track record in leadership and organizational development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Flexibility to travel to locations in the Netherlands and occasionally abroad
• Experienced in transformation projects, M&A, or equivalent
• You must be resident in the Netherlands
