executing and managing a diversity of projects where you monitor the project scope and results. The projects focus on Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Strategy Development & Deployment in the field of Operational Excellence, Performance management & Standards, Improvement & Process management, Leadership & Culture,….

the commercial expansion of our services by spotting new opportunities, establishing customer contacts and realising new projects.

Our ideal Project Manager Continuous Improvement has

5 to 10 years of project experience within the Operational Excellence domain, preferably in different sectors.
the ambition to propagate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and drive for perfection within and outside our company.
a strong sales reflex and the necessary networking skills to build trust with customers and leads/prospects.
strong communication-skills in Dutch and preferably good knowledge of French and English.
a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate or is willing to obtain this soon.
