About the work

As HR Business Partner at Samenwerkende Kinderopvang you are the contact person in the field of HR for your region. You are responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining personnel policies in the broadest sense of the word with a clear focus on absence management, sustainable employability, safety and vitality.

You will work closely with regional management to establish and implement HR priorities that align with overarching business objectives and changing conditions and developments locally. You will also be active in the areas of implementation of laws & regulations, strategic workforce planning, mobility, individual case management and HR advisory work. Sick leave is largely managed by an internal sick leave case manager. When HR advice is needed in absence cases, you will be involved.

As an HR Business Partner, you are able to understand the needs and emotions of others and take these into account when giving advice. On the other hand, you also have the firmness to counteract and are a sparring partner for the regional management.

In this role, flexibility is important due to changing circumstances and priorities, such as the integration of new childcare labels and the further professionalization of HR expertise in the region.

Within our HR consulting team, we currently have a vacancy for the North Holland region. Together with another HR BP you will be responsible for the different labels in this region, De Kleine Wereld, SamSam, Les Petits, Babbels and Baloe. Visibility and presence within the region and our locations is important to make the connection and know what is going on.

In this role, you will fall hierarchically under the Manager HR Advice Collaborative Child Care and be part of a driven and professional team of HR Business Partners.

We offer you

Salary:

a good salary (scale 11) between €4,121 - €5,708.00 gross per month based on 36 hours, in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Childcare, depending on your education and experience.

You will also receive 8% vacation allowance (paid in May) and 4% end of year allowance (paid in December).

Contract:

we start with a contract for 12 months, with a view to a permanent contract

Vacation days:

you have 26 vacation days per year (based on 36 hours).

About your qualities

• At least a completed college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field;
• You are an experienced and decisive HR Business Partner with at least five years of experience in a similar role;
• You have proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, change management, organizational development as well as knowledge of labor law, laws and regulations;
• You are organization-sensitive, results-oriented, communicatively strong, connecting and hands-on;
• Experience with a growing and dynamic environment is a plus.
