Looking for work as a Logistics Assistant?

We have a vacancy for you as a Logistics Assistant in Maastricht.

Introduction

As a Logistics Assistant, you will contribute to the optimal flow of inbound and outbound goods by performing logistics operations at production lines using the control and operation of overhead cranes with lifting equipment.

Function

As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for contributing to the progress of the primary process, within all workshop environments, through the timely loading, unloading, supplying, disposing, lifting and driving of materials using an overhead crane. Your duties include:

• Unloading and loading of production lines/trucks/vessels;
• Lifting of materials;
• Placing the supplied equipment in the right place;
• Delivery and disposal of materials by overhead crane;
• Inventory materials and report them in the appropriate systems.

Job requirements

As a Logistics Officer, you will bring:

• You have already gained some experience in this area of work;
• You have a good working and thinking level;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language (all manuals are in Dutch);
• You hold a Safe Hoisting with Overhead Crane certificate;
• You can work well independently but also as part of a team.

Offer

As a Logistics Officer, this is what you can expect:

• A salary between €2,400 and €2,800 gross per month (based on age and experience);
• Holiday pay;
• Accruing pension directly;
• Travel allowance (from 10km one way);
• 25 leave days;
• Working day shift.
