making the system more user friendly

enabling new features (i.e. campaigns, more efficient opportunity management, competitor tracking etc

and increasing end user

system knowledge.
 
Who are we looking for?
As a
Salesforce administrator
you
will be the key person responsible for maintaining and developing our Salesforce environment (Sales and Service Cloud, potentially Pardot in the future).

By keeping constant contact with our key
/
end users
and
understanding their needs
(Gemba), you will learn to understand the business needs and how to translate them
in
to solutions
in
Salesforce
and
BI
.
 

Your key responsibilities as a Salesforce admin will be:
 
Salesforce Administrator for Sales & Service Cloud (Lightning)
Identify areas for improvement, both system and process, and propose
, configure/test
and implement solutions
Inform, train and engage the user community (currently 100 users)
BI backup (Oracle Analytics Cloud)
Work closely with and support other Process & IT members
Promote solution thinking vs. system
thinking;
how to integrate Salesforce with our
other
business systems
 
The team
You will be part of
an international
Process & IT team consisting of totally 5 members with whom you will work closely
on daily basis
.
You will be reporting to the Process & IT Manager.
For except Salesforce, the team is responsible for our ERP system (JDE/ERP
)
,
our BI tool (
OAC/BI
), the
Teccom
/eCommerce
platform.
 

Skills & Requirements:

The job might be for you if you have:
 
Solid experience with Sales & Service Cloud (
Lightning, workflows, assignment rules, process builder, flows etc)
, Pardot experience is pre
.
Certified Salesforce admin a strong plus.
Experience with engaging a user community
Working
experience
of
managing/developing
Business Intelligence
and ETL tools
Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle EnterPrise One is preferred
Experience
in Agile/Scrum
(plus)
Min. Bachelor Level - Business Administration, IT or similar
