Be limitless
Not only one day is the same at our Human Resources department. You are the linchpin for our employees. You make sure that new employees have a great start on their first working day. You prepare the first day and make sure that all important administration is taken care of. If employees have HR-related questions, they can come to you. You answer and help the employees with full of enthusiasm. If we have any sick employees, you are aware of this, keep this administrative record and starts a conversation, if needed. There are no limits to your abilities.In addition, you will be:
- available MBO or HBO student for a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days a week;
- doing the selecting and hiring activities, such as creating function profiles, opening and closing positions on websites and informing candidates about their application procedure;
- responsible for selecting and hiring of trainees, including job interviews and contact with schools;
- responsible for organizing the staff events (Christmas drink, Sinterklaas and the staff party).
- assisting with the organization of school visits;
- busy with administrative tasks with regards to new- and leaving employees;
- assisting with daily tasks of the HR department;
- updating and completing personal files;
- available for questions with regards to labor law, collective labor agreement, contract, etc.;
- welcoming new employees including paperwork and tour through the hotel;
- responsible for organising personal events, such as preparing birthday cards and celebrating an employee's work anniversary.

On a lovely, sunny day, you can choose between a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute cycle ride from the central station. Or you can hop on the tram from the other side of our hotel.
