Als Receptionist(e) ben je hét aanspreekpunt binnen deze internationale organisatie waarbij de medewerkers en gasten continue centraal staan. Je bent in de verschillende panden op de campus vraagbaak voor facilitaire verzoeken en ad hoc situaties in de werkomgeving. Jij denkt altijd een stap vooruit. Of dat nou is bij het ontvangen van gasten, geplande meetings/evenementen of het netjes houden van je werkterrein. Doordat je de juiste luister- en doorvraag vaardigheden bezit, zorg jij ervoor dat de tevredenheid, kwaliteit, comfort en de veiligheid van medewerkers ten allen tijde gewaarborgd wordt. Door net dat stapje harder voor medewerkers en gasten te lopen, proberen we te ontlasten en te verrassen. Doormiddel van floorwalks in de panden signaleer jij verbeteringen in de dienstverlening en schakel jij met de betrokken facilitaire partijen. See it, own it, solve it! Door de verschillende taken die je vervult is het van belang dat je op alle niveaus kunt communiceren, makkelijk kunt schakelen en van aanpakken weet!

Your day as a Receptionist(e)

A day as a Receptionist(e) at Nike is never the same: When you start your shift in the morning you immediately do a floorwalk in your building. You systematically check all floors, make sure everything is clean and tidy, and if not, you take care of the problem immediately together with cleaning or maintenance. You contact the appropriate departments and together you make sure that everything looks tidy again before the Nike employees arrive. Then you speak to a management assistant, he/she tells you that there is an important meeting in the afternoon and if you can support them. During the morning you create a daily report in which you incorporate your findings from your working day. You handle a number of incoming emails, create any work orders for maintenance and answer questions asked at the hospitality desk by Nike employees. You receive visitors and answer their questions. During the day you will make a number of light floorwalks across the departments and through the building. This really makes you the ears and eyes for facility and you know exactly what is going on in your building. You signal and take action.

Vervolgens is er een acute situatie waarbij je direct moet handelen. Er is een lekkage van het plafond op de 3e verdieping. Je loopt gelijk die kant op en schakelt snel met de juiste afdelingen. Hierdoor is het probleem gelukkig snel verholpen. De rest van de middag help je onder andere met de ondersteuning van de meeting. De management assistent die je vanochtend sprak is blij dat jij de gasten hebt ontvangen en de presentatie met hulp van IT aan de praat hebt gekregen en vraagt aansluitend of je een rondleidingen op en over de campus kunt geven aan de gasten. Na de rondleiding doe je nog een grote afsluitende floorwalk om het gebouw weer netjes te hebben voor de volgende dag. Je checkt hierbij iedere werkvloer zorgvuldig, schuift het meubilair aan, zet alle bureaus en monitoren weer op de juiste beginstand, ruimt achtergebleven spulletjes op, checkt iedere meeting room of alles nog steeds werkt en maakt nog eventuele werkorders aan.

Is per direct beschikbaar op ma 08:00-18:00(9,5), woe 08:00-18:00(9,5) en vrij 09:30-18:00(8) = 27 uur

• Has experience in providing excellent service (experience in is a plus);
• Has a presentable appearance as a hostess/host;
• Possesses a proactive work ethic and has an eye for detail;
• Excellent ability to work independently;
• Enjoys delivering guests the ultimate Nike experience;
