• Helping customers understand more about the insurance products offered and how the system works;
• Assisting customers with their pending requests or procedures;
• Managing all associated inquiries via the telephone and email.

Since you are going to be working for the German market, it is important that you can speak German, matching a C2 level. Additionally, it is important that you speak either Dutch or German at a B1 level.
