What does the traineeship entail?

FAQ

How long is the traineeship in total?
The traineeship is a total of 15 months, with various phases depending on which traineeship you are pursuing.
What are my career growth opportunities?
You start as a Pega Developer in training, then advance to a full Pega Developer. From there, you can further progress in your career by becoming a Senior Pega Developer, with the possibility of advancing to the role of Lead System Architect.

What will my salary be?
The starting salary for the traineeship is €2.600, with a salary increase upon obtaining the certifications.
