About this role

We’re looking for a Facility Coordinator to take care of our Amsterdam HQ. Performing a range of administrative and organizational tasks, you provide the highest standards and take responsibility for the office to ensure our business can run smoothly.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Act as the first point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Drafts and implements preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment, ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility
• Participates on the emergency preparedness planning team
• Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly
• Project manage any construction and renovation projects in our Amsterdam office
• Coordinate and manage our Travel Company, the local car fleet & organize office events

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience as a Facility Coordinator or Office Manager
• Experience in technical facilities
• A proactive, flexible and positive approach to your work
• Able to deal with ad-hoc situations
• Excellent organizational skills and confident decision-making
