What are you going to do as a Support Employee?

As a support employee you have a great affinity with IT, you are eager to learn and want to develop yourself. Our ideal new colleague is someone who starts in the role of support employee, masters the IT environment and can grow within our organization.

In addition to regular support work, you will be involved in challenging IT projects.

These are the activities:

• First point of contact for questions from our customers and solve these
• Connecting new customers to our platform.
• Proactive monitoring and maintenance of data flows.
• Implementing automation processes.
• Testing new functionalities on our platform.
• Participate in challenging IT projects.

Who are you?

You have an enterprising personality who takes responsibility and focuses on the customer. You have the ambition to perhaps become a developer or fulfill another technical position.

You also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English and you can set and determine priorities. Finally, we like it if you are able to quickly pick up existing work procedures.

Who are we?

JoinData is an independent data platform that believes in agricultural innovation. Our mission is to put farmers in control of their data and encourage data sharing. For this purpose, we have developed the ‘My JoinData’ platform where farmers and gardeners have overview, insight and control over their data flows and can safely and easily share data from machines and sensors with third parties (such as application suppliers).

As a cooperative, JoinData encourages companies to use the available data to develop innovative applications (apps) that allow farmers to manage their business even more effectively. Of course, this is only possible after the farmer has given authorization for this. Approximately 280 companies are now connected to the platform and JoinData serves approximately 15,000 farmers in the Netherlands with approximately 350,000 authorizations. What do we offer?

• Salary indication: 2,500 – 3,250 Euro based on 40 hours per week.
