The team

Our team excels in creating and producing all kinds of events, handling every detail of audiovisual technology to perfection. From exciting corporate events and trade shows to exclusive private celebrations, such as grand weddings and intimate ceremonies – we take care of it all! We assist our clients every step of the way: from the initial idea and the design of the boldest audiovisual concepts, to the set-up and take-down.

What will you do?

As Client Manager Events you are the face of First Impression for our event clients. You visit clients, identify their needs and know how to inspire them with innovative and creative AV solutions.

Visiting and inspiring customers:

You excel at getting clients excited. You’re frequently on the road meeting new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and surprising them with creative ideas.

Develop and present proposals:

In collaboration with our inside Sales team, you work out customized proposals that perfectly meet the clients’ needs. You present these proposals and conduct negotiations to close the deal.

Maintain and build relationships:

For you, maintaining client relationships goes beyond a one-off project. You stay in touch with your clients throughout the year and build strategic partnerships.

Achieve strategic growth:

You recognize commercial opportunities and know how to exploit them. Your focus is on deepening and expanding existing relationships, with limited cold acquisition.

What do you bring?

Proven experience in the audiovisual (AV) world,

this is crucial! You understand the dynamics and complexities of this industry like no one else.

At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role

within the AV or event sector.

A customer-focused mindset:

You know how to inspire clients and exceed their expectations.

Strong communication skills and persuasive power,

both in conversations and presentations.

An entrepreneurial and proactive attitude:

You’re not afraid to take responsibility and seize opportunities.
