Summary:

The ERP Solutions Architect will design and implement ERP systems to streamline and optimise business operations. This role involves analysing current infrastructure, enhancing IT systems, and developing customized solutions within a cloud-based ERP platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management).

 
The successful candidate will collaborate with business users to refine existing processes and introduce new capabilities that drive impactful organizational improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse specific business needs and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop ERP systems tailored to organisational requirements.
• Integrate ERP platforms with other business software and tools.
• Perform thorough system testing to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with IT professionals and development teams during implementation phases.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support.
• Regularly assess and optimize ERP performance, recommending upgrades when necessary.
• Document system architecture, configurations, and user processes comprehensively.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the ERP system.

 

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation methodologies.
• Expertise in project management, technical analysis, and problem-solving.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing sectors is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

 

Education & Experience:

• Proven experience as an ERP Solutions Architect or in a similar capacity.
• Hands-on expertise with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.
• Relevant ERP certifications are a strong asset.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, if based outside South Carolina.
