Field Service Engineer

Job description
The position of Field Service Engineer is a very dynamic and all-round position within our company. You are
expected to assist and support in the assembly and disassembly, installation, commissioning, maintenance,
and repair of the Aircrete machines. These activities will be carried out in Twente (75% of the time) and on
locations of our customers (about 25% of the time). As a Field Service Engineer, you will be operating within
the Corporate Office division and work under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager.

The main activities of the position are aimed at:

• Assembly and disassembly of the Aircrete machines at suppliers’ sites • Installation and commissioning of Aircrete machinery at customers’ plant sites • Maintenance and repair/revision work at customers’ plant sites • Supporting export preparations of Aircrete equipment • Organizing and structuring Aircrete assembly hall (receipt of goods, loading & unloading)

Job requirements

• At least a completed technical education at MBO level 3 • 2+ years of relevant experience • Affinity with mechanical and electrical engineering • Hard-working, practical, hands-on, and creative • Able to communicate in English and/or Dutch • Given the international project environment, a flexible and driven attitude is required • Result-oriented, able to keep to deadlines without losing attention to detail

Contract Details

• Full-time position, based on 40 hours per week • Contract duration: Annual contract, which can be extended by a permanent contract • Market-based Gross salary and fringe benefits • 8% holiday allowance • Growth path (in responsibilities and salary)
