We are looking for a
CAPEX Project Manager
to join our consultancy company based in the Reading area. This role is inside IR35 on a long term contract. An ideal candidate will have a life science background in fields such as a

pharma
or
biologics.

Key responsibilities:
Approving and managing technical project proposals
Ensuring the delivery of the projects scope as agreed
Overseeing and reporting the projects progress regarding schedule and cost throughout its course, as well as competently applying required corrective actions

Ensuring that safety procedures are correctly implemented at all stages of the project

Essential requirements & qualifications:
BSc in relevant fields such as engineering, business or finance
PM with
20 plus years of experience
in front end design
Strong technical PM capabilities including
good communication
and
leadership skills
Sound understanding of C&Q
