Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced SAP CCM (Condition Contract Management) Consultant with BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) exposure to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Condition Contract Management (CCM), Settlement Management, and Revenue Billing Models within the Healthcare Products Industry.

SAP CCM & BRIM Implementation & Configuration:
Configure and implement SAP CCM for rebate agreements, chargebacks, and trade promotions in the healthcare industry.
Set up condition contracts, pricing conditions, accrual management, and contract settlements.
Design and implement SAP BRIM solutions for subscription-based billing models and revenue recognition in compliance with healthcare industry pricing regulations.

Ensure seamless integration of CCM with SAP SD (Order-to-Cash), MM (Procurement), and FI-CO (Finance & Controlling).
Work closely with finance and compliance teams to ensure contract settlements and revenue recognition align with healthcare pricing guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid, 340B, GPO contracts, chargebacks, etc.).

Business Process & Functional Expertise:
Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare product manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Define and optimize pricing and rebate structures for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare-related services.
Manage contract lifecycle processes, from contract creation, pricing, and accruals to settlement execution.
Ensure compliance with healthcare pricing regulations and revenue recognition standards.
Support subscription-based pricing and billing models for medical services and devices using SAP BRIM.

Integration & Technical Knowledge:
Integrate SAP CCM with SAP BRIM, S/4HANA Settlement Management, SAP FI Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Work with SAP Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) for subscription-based healthcare solutions.

Collaborate with SAP ABAP and development teams for custom enhancements, BAdIs, and API integrations.
Leverage SAP Fiori apps, reporting tools, and analytics dashboards for rebate tracking, pricing simulations, and revenue reporting.

Testing, Training & Support:
Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live support.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, sales, and finance teams.
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process optimization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Functional & Technical Expertise:
Strong SAP CCM (Condition Contract Management) and SAP Settlement Management experience.
Expertise in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management), including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Revenue Accounting (RAR).

Deep knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI-CO (Finance & Controlling).
Hands-on experience in healthcare product pricing, chargebacks, rebates, and compliance regulations.
Experience in GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) pricing models, 340B drug pricing programs, and contract-based settlements.
Familiarity with subscription-based healthcare services, recurring billing, and revenue recognition models.
Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices industries.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to lead workshops and drive business process improvements.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Certification in SD, MM, or S/4HANA Finance.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare product companies.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology & Agile project delivery.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance and revenue recognition rules.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8-12+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years in SAP CCM and 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Previous experience in the Healthcare, Life Sciences, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical Industry is highly preferred
