Voor onze klanten met private cloudoplossingen zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Microsoft support engineer. Een aanpakker, doorpakker, iemand die niet graag stilzit, stressbestendig is en sterk is in het klantcontact. Ben of ken jij de held die wij zoeken? Laat het ons weten.

Over de vacature

Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt, ons visitekaartje, voor de medewerkers van onze private cloud klanten. Ondersteuning geef je voornamelijk in het Nederlands en Engels via e-mail, telefoon en af en toe ga je op locatiebezoek.Je denkt mee over de inrichting van nieuwe private clouds, helpt bij het opzetten ervan en beheert en ondersteunt de eindklanten. Voornamelijk betreft het op Microsoft gebaseerde virtuele omgevingen op ons eigen Cloud platform of lokale private clouds op Citrix XenHypervisor. Medewerkers gebruiken Windows 10 clients of werken via terminal servers over beveiligde VPN-verbindingen. Je helpt met software-installaties, printerstoringen verhelpen etc.

Hoe ziet het profiel van onze droom collega eruit?

• Afgeronde HBO informatica opleiding of beschikt over aantoonbare certificaten zoals die van Microsoft.
• Enkele jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkwaardige omgeving als servicedesk/helpdesk/support medewerker.
• Ruime ervaring in het beheren van Exchange en Office365 en weet hoe de verschillende clients moeten worden geconfigureerd.
• Ruime ervaring met Microsoft office en kantoor applicaties. Applicaties die jou onbekend zijn, leer je jezelf eigen te maken. Ervaring in het installeren en configureren van routers, switches, accesspoints en VPN-verbindingen. Wij werken voornamelijk met Fortinet en Ubiquiti.
• Enige datacenter ervaring is een pre.
• Sterk analytisch en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands en Engels.
• Bereid om incidenteel ‘s avonds of in het weekend te werken.
• Rijbewijs B in de zak of voornemens deze binnen enkele maanden te behalen.
• Woonachtig in de omgeving van Rotterdam.

Een uitdagende functie in een klein team van specialisten, opererende vanuit het hart van Rotterdam nabij het NS centraal station. Een supersnelle laptop, telefoon en een arsenaal aan gereedschap wanneer het nodig is. Een goed gevulde koelkast, een bank om even te relaxen, lekkere lunches en regelmatig een borrel. Een dakterras met uitzicht over de hele stad. Een werkomgeving die al snel je tweede thuis zal worden. Om een optimale woon- werkbalans te houden is deze vacature voor 24 tot 40 uur per week.
