Process Operator

No Relocation Assistance Offered # 162481 - Etten-Leur, Noord Brabant, Netherlands Als Process operator bij Hill's leer je onze machines van binnen en buiten kennen door ons interne opleidingstraject! Samen met je collega's draag je zorg voor het bewerken van grondstoffen tot halffabrikaten conform het productieplan en de aangegeven specificaties in drieploegendienst.    De nadruk binnen de functie ligt op de procesbesturing en procesbewaking van de extruders. Het monitoren van het proces doe je zowel handmatig als via de computer. Je zorgt tevens voor het opstarten, instellen, controleren en afdraaien van extruders. Daarnaast voer je productcontroles uit, pleeg je onderhoud aan de machines en verhelp je storingen.    Alle werkzaamheden dienen uitgevoerd te worden conform TPM-, GMP- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Ook het verzorgen van een correctie, administratieve verwerking van productiegegevens en kwaliteitscontroles behoort tot de werkzaamheden.
