For a leading construction company in Amsterdam, I am looking for a project controller.
As Project Controller you are one of the project team members who is responsible for a thorough project administration, but you also signal for deviations and you work on accurate periodic reports of projects towards the Business Controller.

Tasks and responsibilities
Monitor, signal and report on contract agreements with subcontractors and suppliers
Drafting and discussing after calculations and cost monitoring of the projects together with the project team and the Business Controller
Processing of completed standings in the hours overview and analyzing them
Analyze and timely compile periodic forecast end result projects
Drafting and updating liquidity projections projects
Process information on purchasing budget forms in the work budget (contract monitoring)
Signaling and controlling timely invoicing to the client
Work in accordance with fixed procedures from the management system
Other administrative tasks
Skills and training
You are capable of result-oriented, accurate, pro-active and communication skills
You have a completed HBO education
You have at least 2 years experience with the financial administration
You are in possession of a driver's license and car
You have experience in the construction sector

A salary between € 3000 - € 4000 based on 40 hours per week
