Fund Assistant (Paralegal/KYC Specialist)CSC, Amsterdam, Funds SolutionsHybrid, 40h/week Key Responsibilities: Prepare and document client (fund manager) and fund onboarding process Collect KYC (Know your Customer) documentation and perform periodic client review Assist in keeping the client entities in good legal standing (corporate housekeeping) including monitoring planning, terms and deadlines Assist with legalizations of corporate documents and power of attorney Assisting the depositary officers and the compliance officer by their work Coordination of (ISAE) audits, organize, coordinate and minute meetings Register and maintain client data in our administration system Qualifications/Experience required: HBO or University degree in business, legal or related discipline At least three year relevant work experience, . at a notary or law firm, trust office, financial service provider or investment company Prior experience with KYC / AML / CDD Prior experience with depositary, fund services and investment management is advantageous Specific knowledge of WFT, Sanction Act, AIFMD, corporate law and WFT is advantageous Proficiency with MS office applications and database application and CRM systems Team player, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with a high level of energy, motivation, tenacity, agility and ability to work pro-actively Excellent in time management and priority setting Analytical, with an eye for detail, and curious, with a drive to investigate and find answers to the right questions Very good written and verbal skills to convey information in Dutch and English, both internally and externally to clients #INDGB
