PACCAR Financial Europe (PFE) is the captive finance company for DAF Trucks NV offering finance solutions to the transportation market, both for DAF dealers and DAF customers. PACCAR Financial Europe, which operates in 18 countries in Europe, is a fast growing, dynamic organization. The Wholesale Administration department is located in Eindhoven and consists of 4 core employees.

Within the department of PACCAR Financial Europe in Eindhoven we are looking for a Wholesale Contract Administrator for Paccar Financial Europe.

Function description

The position requires frequent interaction with PFE sales subsidiaries to obtain and verify information about invoices that are assigned to PFE. The department output is critical to manage the wholesale program, provides input for PFE Accounting and is used to determine PFE income and is the basis for PFE (wholesale) performance reporting to Middle and Senior PFE Management as well as external (regulatory) organisations.

Tasks:
Timely and accurate processing of all DAF truck invoices assigned to PFE into the Wholesale Contract Administration system;
Provide internal and external customers with timely responses regarding required information and queries;
Standard reporting to subsidiaries and (Senior PACCAR/DAF/PFE) Management with regards to portfolio status, based on loan administration system output;

Issue wholesale interest invoices to dealers in all of Europe;
Filing and storing of all relevant documentation, in accordance with procedure, ensuring an audit trail is maintained.

Function Requirements

• Intermediate Vocational Education. (MBO);
• Experience in working with MSOffice applications;
• Good ability to speak and write in the English language;
• Good communication skills;
• Customer- and service orientation;
• Strong Teamplayer.
