Integration Expert with UKG Workforce Management & Dell Boomi Experience
Role: Integration Specialist
Location: Remote (with an occasional onsite visit, as needed)
Start date ASAP 1-2 weeks.
Duration: Contract 6 months +extension
EU time zones -40 hours per week , 8 per day.

Overview:
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced Integration Expert with expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) and hands-on experience in Dell Boomi to support integration solutions for workforce management systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and manage seamless integrations between UKG and various enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration Design & Development:
o Architect and develop integration solutions between UKG Workforce Management and other enterprise applications using Dell Boomi.
o Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, SFTP, and middleware connectors.
o Implement and optimize data flows, mappings, and transformations between systems.

2. Workforce Management (UKG) Expertise:
o Configure and integrate UKG Workforce Central, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Pro with payroll, HR, finance, and other enterprise applications.
o Ensure seamless time tracking, scheduling, and payroll data synchronization.
o Provide expertise on UKG API framework, connectors, and data structures.

3. Dell Boomi Middleware Implementation:
o Develop, test, and deploy Dell Boomi integration processes.
o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to UKG data flows.
o Optimize integration processes for performance, scalability, and security.

4. Testing & Deployment:
o Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
o Ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations.
o Support go-live activities and provide post-deployment troubleshooting.

5. Documentation & Collaboration:
o Create detailed technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and integration specifications.
o Work closely with business analysts, HR, payroll, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
o Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on integration solutions.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM) – UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Workforce Central.
• Hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi (Boomi AtomSphere) for integration development.
• Proficiency in REST APIs, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, SFTP, Webhooks, and IDocs.
• Experience with cloud and on-premise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management systems.
• Understanding of database structures (SQL, NoSQL) and reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Dell Boomi certification is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating UKG with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM, or other HR systems.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices, GDPR, and data compliance regulations.
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in UKG Workforce Management integration and 2+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi experience
