Expert Lead Business Reporting and Safe Business at Tribe Business Lending

And right there, the Expert Lead comes in.To put it in short, the Expert Lead is a position where all elements of Tribe Business Lending (TBL) come together. You work closely together with the delivery clusters of the Tribe but also on creating a vision on how we create and we manage the business from a data and Safe Business (SBO) perspective. Therefore, we need someone who can contribute to a continuous, emerging, all-round data and complaint delivery. You do that by steering your team who work on the product by providing them with a strategic direction, by coaching them on the job, defining the roadmap and by managing stakeholders.The people who work in the clusters report hierarchically to you, which means it is your job to empower them to thrive and perform at their best. You set direction, you help them to develop their craftsmanship and you have continuous conversations about their career development.Your work environmentAs the Expert Lead Business Reporting and Safe Business, you will be part of the COE of Tribe Business Lending Netherlands and report to the Lead of CoE TBL. Your team will consist of circa 8 members. In scope are business lending customers from Self-employed to Mid Corporate, and Private Banking mainly for Commercial Real Estate.You support our purpose: We empower entrepreneurs to stay a step ahead with easy, smart and personal business lending services. Your colleagues will have a background in SBO, ORM, IRM, Process management, IT, Data Analytics/Management in the business and risk domain. You work closely with the colleagues from Sales, Pricing, Operations, Credit Risk and Finance.Roles and responsibilitiesAs an Expert Lead, you:Are the hierarchical manager of a team of Data Analysts and Safe Business Officers (SBO), working in multiple squadsPlay a key role in data migration of our assets and bring them up to targetProactively develop and deliver insights via reports to Business Banking on how to grow the BusinessStrategically oversee and improve tribe business lending SBO activities and knowledgeDefine the roadmap of the product to maximize business value through ordering and prioritization of the product backlog, under consideration of relevant stakeholder needsPrioritize the product backlog (both on functional as non-functional requirements as risks, reliability, IT Run)Focus on delivery through collaboration, ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose.Are able to take responsibility, steer strategy and realizations based on facts and data; managerial courage to question and make decisions. Are a mandated IT asset owner, risk manager, and in case of a non-generic IT asset, data owner for the product and accepts test results and approves (IT) changes on the productEnsures adherence to Process Control StandardsBuild the craftsmanship of the employees in the team in line with the strategy of the Tribe and Area.How to succeed We hire smart people like you for your potential. Furthermore, you have: Current residency in the Netherlands is requiredMasters degree3+ years’ experience in managing teams made up of specialists in their fieldExtensive and relevant work experience within data mapping, preferably with data migrations and SBO field such as PEARL, Compliance, IRM and ORMStrong analytical skills: You are able to analyse developments and translate this into possible risks and mitigating measuresCommunication / stakeholder management skills: You can develop a vision, taking into account all different stakeholders interests and you can translate complex matters into an easy-to-follow storylineImpact & Ownership: you dare to do things differently in a decisive and result-orientated wayYou are a strong connector who is used to working with multiple experts in a wide stakeholder fieldRewards & benefits We want to make sure that it’s possible for you to strike the right balance between your career and your private life.
