Are we looking for you!

Do you want to make sure our beachside gypsy tents look peaky? On Mondays and Fridays, we could really use you then! You will work until about 3 o’clock and make sure that our gypsy tents on the beach are thoroughly cleaned. After work, you can dive onto the beach by yourself in no time!

You will be the point of contact for guests with questions. Maybe you speak a little word across the border? We try to help the guest as best we can and at times surprise them with a small gesture.

Every year we have about 100,000 overnight stays at Strandpark Vlugtenburg and we could use some help with that

Work Housekeeping on the Beach

• Cleaning our beachfront accommodations and getting them ready for the new arrivals.
• Keeping entire park and other public buildings neat and tidy.
• Bringing around missing inventory (think baby crib or missing dishes, for example).
• Contact with guests, point of contact for questions and resolving complaints. For this, speaking Dutch is a plus and nice if you can also speak a few words of English or German.
• Taking a dip after work is actually part of the deal!

• A person who knows how to get things done and likes to roll up their sleeves.
• You are stress resistant, flexible, hospitable and enthusiastic.
• You enjoy working in a friendly team, but working independently is not a problem either.
• You enjoy giving guests an unforgettable vacation.
• Your friends will describe you as a sweet friend with a tidy home and the heart in the right place
• Part-time to full-time (32 hours) position possible.
• You are available on Mondays and Fridays. More days in consultation possible.
